I bought a ticket but I cannot participate. Can I get a refund?

In line with SCALE’s General Cancellation and Refund Policies, refunds are not provided except for tickets purchased in violation of our Participation Policy.

If you are unable to attend the conference, we encourage you to transfer your ticket to a colleague, as this is the sole responsibility of the original ticket holder. Please note that the SCALE Organization cannot facilitate or guarantee ticket transfers.

Once a ticket has been purchased, it cannot be refunded to apply a discount code or voucher.

I bought a ticket, but recently I got a discount code/free ticket. Can I have a partial/total refund?

Following SCALE’s General Cancellation and Refund Policy, no refunds will be given.

In general, discount codes and free passes do not have a retroactive effect, so it is not possible to obtain a refund (partial or total) in such circumstances.
